WHAT IS A REFLECTIVE GAME?
A reflective game is a unique method that recreates a real business situation with all its internal and external manifestations, interactions, and effects.
It allows you to test your strategies, improve them, and get a new vision of the situation.
In the game, just like in life, participants and teams solve their tasks, interact, negotiate with each other, conduct brainstorming and strategic sessions.
The game's peculiarity is that it allows you to quickly test new strategies in a model market, which is incredibly useful for understanding and transforming your approaches.

The game groups are led by students of the School of Key Figures.
The game is managed by methodologists and an “adult” game technical team.
For students, this session is an experience of using the entire arsenal of technologies and tools for reflective management in a game model.

WHERE DO WE WORK?
ONLINE
Online experience with students from the USA, Bali, Germany, France, and other European countries.
OFFLINE
Offline learning is the main platform where the offline session takes place - lectures, instruction, and other school-wide activities.
PARTIAL ONLINE
The group gathers in the most convenient place for everyone (Kyiv, Chisinau...) and works accompanied by our staff, online connecting to the main site when the learning process requires it.
HOW IS THE TRAINING GOING?
The entire course of study is 14 sessions, of which 9 sessions are lectures and a lot of practice.
Studying with us is not only passive listening to lectures, it is also about “preparing yourself” for new material, consolidating theory at the level of application experience, and, to a certain extent, acquiring the skill of doing everything that is taught at school.
Four sessions - gaming, participation in games, in various capacities - from players to game technicians. One session lasting a month and a half, individual preparation for participation in the City of Masters session.
In addition, there is an active activity between sessions.
